We're conveniently located at MUBS Incubation Centre in Nakawa. Here's how to find us.

Getting Here

By Public Transport (Matatu)

Take any matatu heading to Nakawa stage. We are located right inside the MUBS Incubation Centre, a short walk from the main road.

By Private Car / Taxi

From the city centre, take Jinja Road heading east. Turn onto Portbell Road just after Nakawa market. The Incubation Centre is clearly signposted.

By Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)

Ask to be taken to "MUBS Incubation Centre Nakawa." Most boda riders know this landmark well. Our security guard will direct you to Reception.

From the Airport

Entebbe International Airport is approximately 40km away. We recommend booking an airport taxi (approx. UGX 80,000–120,000) or using a ride-hailing app like Bolt or Uber.

Accessibility: Our office has a ramp entrance and accessible washroom facilities. Please let us know in advance if you require any special assistance.

Yes, Platinum-tier sponsors can coordinate a school visit through their dedicated relationship manager. For other sponsors, we organise group visits periodically. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance.
Receipts are sent automatically via email and SMS within 5 minutes of payment. If you haven't received yours after 30 minutes, contact James in our Finance team with your phone number or transaction ID and we'll resolve it immediately.
Simply send us a message with your sponsor ID (found on your receipt) and the details you'd like to update — name, email, phone number, or address. We'll update your profile within one business day.
Absolutely! We welcome corporate partnerships including employee giving programmes, CSR sponsorships, and event sponsorships. Select "Partnership & Collaboration" in the form above and our Partnerships team will reach out within 48 hours.
